Understand the role of a tester in agile environment, explore tools such as a product and a project outline to structure the work of your team and help identify a testable break down of work.

Training 2: Behavior (Self & Others)

Learn about your talents and how to apply them in agile work (based on CliftonStrengths). (2 days).

Integration Day

Practical assignment based on previous lessons. Using tools such as the nightmare head line game and risk storming (1 day).

Module 2:

Improvement & Testing

Training 1: Advanced Techniques and Skills

New testing techniques in an agile environment such as exploratory testing and the value of automated testing. (2 days).

Training 2: Behavior

Integration Days

Practice with a bug hunt in a simulated environment, develop test cases and lead a bug hunt with your team of developes and analists on day 2.
