Noël de Rooij

Noël (1974) has been working as an independent coach and trainer for 15 years. With a background in cultural management and policy studies, she began her career in the international film and television industry. In 2008, after completing two postgraduate courses, she transitioned to coaching and training. In 2009, she opened her own coaching practice in Amsterdam and soon began training for various clients.

Noël is constantly dedicated to enhancing her professional skills, as continuous learning and improvement are her passion. She has specialized in the Voice Dialogue methodology and now trains coaches and therapists at the Voice Dialogue Academy. As a career coach, she is certified in ©Discover, DISC, Motivation Analysis, and Talent Analysis. Noël is also trained up to level 4 in Deep Democracy and is currently studying Psychology at the Open University. Her coaching work has evolved from career coaching to addressing more complex issues for both management and employees in organizations, as well as individuals. Her training work now includes team facilitation, collaboration, and leadership programs, with a focus on personal leadership, communication, and coaching. She is affiliated as a trainer with Lepaya and the leadership institute de Baak, among others.
