Richelle is a Senior Agile Coach and SAFe Release Train Engineer with 6 years of enterprise Agile delivery experience across aerospace, HR transformation, and regulated US financial services. Experienced in launching Agile Release Trains, coaching senior leaders, improving PI predictability, and guiding cross-functional teams through lean-agile adoption from rollout to General Availability.

At Boeing, introduced SAFe practices into an HR Transformation Solution Train, onboarded new ARTs, and coached leadership through operating model change. At Edward Jones, served as Release Train Engineer across 2 major investment-management programmes, including a greenfield platform delivered to near-100% predictability and a legacy consolidation initiative spanning 4 asset types.

Holds an MSc in Organisational Development and Change from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified SAFe Release Train Engineer.
